BIM-Driven Structural Design
Revit + AGACAD Automation: We develop Cold-Formed Steel (CFS) framing models from schematic layouts to LOD 300–400 detail, automating panelization, stud spacing, headers, jambs, and bracing with AGACAD.
Rhino Geometry Integration: Complex geometries and free-form façades are rationalized and exchanged back into Revit, ensuring architectural vision is never compromised.
Parametric Data: Every wall, joist, and connection carries metadata for fire rating, acoustic performance, structural load paths, and sequencing. This ensures one single source of truth from design to fabrication.

Engineering Analysis & Code Compliance
Structural Simulation: Load paths for dead, live, wind, and seismic forces are calculated and validated.
Tekla & Navisworks: Used for connection detailing, tolerance analysis, and clash detection with ARC/MEP systems.
OBC/NBC Conformance: All systems designed to meet or exceed Ontario and National Building Code requirements, with documented calculation packages for AHJ review.

Visualization & Communication
3ds Max + Lumion: Realistic renderings of structural layouts for quick stakeholder approvals.
Unreal Engine VR: True-to-scale immersive walkthroughs, allowing architects and clients to experience the structure before it’s built.
AutoCAD Outputs: Clear 2D sections, elevations, and detail sheets extracted from the BIM model for rapid reviews and permit submissions.
