Floor Systems
EXPLORING THE WORLD OF WOOCOMMERCE
Precision You Can Feel Underfoot
LEFF floor systems are engineered to deliver more than just structural support. They provide quiet sturdy surfaces that resist squeaks and vibrations while enhancing the comfort of everyday living.
Built with cold formed steel and assembled with accuracy each floor is designed to stay level soundproof and stable for decades. This is the foundation of a better living experience.

Concrete Floor
The topmost structural layer, providing a solid, durable walking surface. It contributes to overall load-bearing capacity, thermal performance, and long-term stability of the floor system.
Heating Pipe
Embedded radiant heating pipes distribute heat evenly across the floor surface. This system enhances energy efficiency and improves indoor comfort by eliminating cold zones and air circulation noise.
Metal Deck
A corrugated steel sheet that acts as both a permanent formwork and a structural component. It supports wet concrete during pouring and bonds with it to strengthen the composite slab.
Joist Profile
Cold-formed steel joists form the main structural grid that spans across the floor. These profiles are engineered to handle high loads while enabling long spans and reduced floor thickness.
Bridging Profile
Secondary steel members placed between joists to provide lateral bracing. They prevent torsional movement and improve overall rigidity and vibration control
