LEFF wall panels and floor systems are designed as closed assemblies that integrate continuous insulation, vapor-permeable weather barriers, and moisture-resistant sheathing (e.g., DensGlass, cement board). This multi-layered defense keeps water out while allowing internal moisture to escape—eliminating the breeding grounds for mold and rot that plague wood-based systems.
