It features a modern architectural composition emphasizing spatial flow, daylight, and indoor-outdoor connectivity. The residence integrates wellness and recreation spaces such as a home gym, bar, and home theatre in the basement, complemented by large open living, dining, and library areas on the main floor . The upper level includes a master suite with a private balcony, ensuite spa, and walk-in closets.

The home’s exterior combines stone, stucco, and metal cladding, with minimalist detailing and large glazed openings providing strong visual and physical connections to the landscaped pool area. Sustainable and code-compliant construction methods such as advanced insulation, vapour barriers, and energy-efficient glazing ensure durability and comfort.
