The design features a blend of modern and classical proportions, combining stone and stucco exteriors with articulated balconies and pergolas that complement the home’s scale. Structurally, the project relies on reinforced concrete foundations and engineered wood framing, supported by structural steel members for long-span openings and upper-level cantilevers.
The home’s spatial layout is carefully designed for functionality and comfort: a full basement with mechanical and storage areas, an open-concept main level for living and dining, and private suites on the upper level. Each level is integrated with energy-efficient construction techniques, including R22 wall insulation and frost-protected foundation systems.
With its refined material palette, large fenestration, and compliance with Ontario Building Code safety standards, 21 Langdon Drive represents a model of durable, contemporary residential design suited to King Township’s luxury suburban context.
